If a contract is signed, Med-Integro provides full support for the interaction between the employer and the doctor:
- the first interview at which the employer and potential employee get to know each other (meeting moderation and translation),
- training a foreign physician in language courses (language basics and professional terminology),
- assistance in finding a place to live (if it is not provided by the employer),
- translation of educational documents,
- nostrification,
- legalization of stay in the country,
- communication with government regulatory authorities,
- other questions.
In the case of free posting of a vacancy on Med-Integro resources, all responsibility for communication and correct mutual understanding with applicants lies with the employer’s representatives and the foreign doctors themselves who responded to the vacancies.
